David Foo BA, PhD

Dr. David Foo has worked in the banking industry for more than 25 years, including MAS, Citibank, American Express and Standard Chartered Bank, specialising in Information Management Services, Financial Management System Development. After he left Citibank as VP of Information group (Asia Pacific), he founded an internet software company in 1999 which is still trading. David is now a consultant partner of Paradigm Resources Consulting.
