All organizations which serve their customers face to face in real time always have the challenge of doing so without the customers having to wait for a long time in a queue beforehand. Notwithstanding this service quality objective, efficiency drive means organisations are forced to use less resources if possible even when customer traffic increases. Long queue means frustration to the customers, but increase of service resources is costly. It is against this burning need that the LightLine™ range of products was borne. Real time information is exploited to solve the problem of “waiting in queue”, so that frustration due to the pain of long wait is reduced to a minimum.
The LightLine product is available for both random walk-in queuing and appointment-based queuing. It is also totally scalable, and is available as stand-alone, or as part of an integrated electronic queue system, or as a fully centralized service. At the high end, it can completely integrate with a company's CRM database to provide seamless customer care.
